Floral essences to regulate the menstrual cycle

Nur floral essences are food supplements. They are made from flowers, with the crystal or geode method used by Andreas Korte for energy transmission, without damaging any living being. Their work is vibratory and they operate at all levels from the physical to the more subtle. We have two flower essences to solve two different problems: Vitex, regulator of the hormonal cycle and Clitoria, liberator of sexual blocks.
[floral essences] “are pure ethereal imprint, since no physical substance is transmitted in them. In its elaboration we deal strictly with the vibration of the plant, with its intelligence.”
Flower essences and vibrational healing, Gurudas, 1989

Vitex is a native species in the Mediterranean. Its leaves, flowers and berries are widely known in traditional medicine and phytotherapy, and have been used since ancient times in decoction, tincture or elixir, to treat menstrual discomfort and as a tonic for the reproductive system.
The fruits of this plant have been used in the past for a wide variety of gynecological issues. In the fourth century BC Hippocrates recommended its use in sitz baths for the issues of the uterus.
Women in classical Greece used it in celebrations to the goddess Demeter (Mother Earth), linked to agriculture, fertility and maternal love. They used the flowers to decorate themselves and the leaves as a bed to rest.
Chasteberry (Vitex) acts on the pituitary gland, imitating the action of the dopamine neurotransmitter and binding to opioid and estrogenic receptors with homeostatic effects in hormonal levels (tendency to maintain balance and stability), and an increase in endogenous endorphins.

The German Commision E (Therapeutic Guide to Herbal Medicines) approves its use for irregularities of the menstrual cycle and Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS), and its prescription is widely extended among family doctors and German gynecologists.

The modern use of this plant begins around 1950 with the work of Dr. G. and today several clinical studies confirm its effectiveness in the treatment of premenstrual syndrome (PMS).

Floral essences CLITORIA

Bluebellvine, Clitoria Ternatea, is an essence of femininity.

It releases sexual blockages and emotional conflicts caused by losses or abortion. It is also a regulator of the menstrual cycle.

It clears the blocking of emotions and traumatic information at the sexual level, and encourages a resetting and a broader vision for the resolution of these conflicts.

Clitoria is a species from tropical Asia that is widely distributed in South and Central America, India, Southeast Asia and China. It is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as a memory and intelligence enhancer and as an anxiolytic, sedative and anticonvulsant. In South India it is also used as a diuretic and to treat urine infections. Pharmacological studies show that it contains alkaloids, flavoniodes, saponin, resins, taraxerol and taraxerone, and it has a broad spectrum of biological effects. Contraindications of flower essences

The Flower Essences do not have negative side effects since they do not contain material substances that can provoke them. They neither create addiction nor can they cause an overdose.

Even so, sometimes there may be mild reactions such as:

  • When the shots start, the symptoms seem to get a little worse. It is the so-called primary reaction and it will not last more than a couple of days.
  • Dreams become more intense on consecutive nights at the beginning of a new treatment.
  • For a short period of time, you may experience greater sensitivity to external factors.

COMBINATION WITH MEDICATIONS OR THERAPIES

It is possible to take Floral Essences even when following a medical treatment, since they are not composed of any material substance that can interfere or interact with conventional medicines, since these act on a physical level, while the flowers do it on a psychic level.

If you are taking psychotropic drugs, the effect of the flowers can be reduced, but these will never reduce the effect of the medication.

There is no problem in taking Floral Essences while following alternative therapies, even those that follow with other floral essences, such as Bach or Mediterranean Flowers. There is also no reason to stop taking the Flower Essences if you are going to start a psychotherapeutic treatment.

In any case, it is always advisable to consult it previously with the doctor or therapist.

Generally, both concentrated essences and mixtures have a bit of cognac or brandy as a preservative. But this amount is so small and it is taken in such small doses that alcohol is insignificant for our body. It is always possible to reduce the intake with mineral water or juice.
